I am creating this space as a diary; a journal of my journey through life. These sites display my interests, and will mostly be used by me. I am creating my very own pensieve using my computer, instead of a bowl.
I made a goal or challenge to myself in the fall of last year. I am turning 40 this summer. 40!! So, with this huge milestone, I am going to begin my 4th decade at my perfect weight. Yep! When I made this goal, things were going great. I hired a personal trainer to help me work out at the gym. I got into a routine of going to the gym regularly and eating better. Then COVID. 4 months of dedicated gym time, and then the gym closed. Seriously?!? So I went to the local parks with the kids to try to keep up my exercise. Then the parks closed. Then the whole world stopped. I have now been in my house, with 7 children and my husband, for 5 weeks. I have been baking and making delicious foods to feed my large family who are always hungry. I have been making comfort foods to help with the stress of this pandemic. Due to this unexpected craziness in the world, I must be diligent. I refuse to use this as an excuse to stop trying. In the past month, while being on lockdown, I have lost 6lbs. GO ME!! I am excited to continue to improve myself. 4/20/2020
